The 2 in The 432 Playbook is for 2 WEEKS. Trying to tackle too many objectives at once often leads to burnout, stress, and overwhelm. I am a lifestyle behavior change specialist for people who desire a new lifestyle to overcome obesity, but do not know what to do or where to start. I created The 432 Playbook, which is a step-by-step program for people to create their customized lifestyle behavior change plan to overcome obesity and never go back!
My battle with obesity began a few years after graduating from Stanford University and continued for years. In 2014, I watched my mother lose her life due to obesity. Ever since her mother’s death, I have dedicated my life to understanding why it is so hard for people to change their lifestyle behavior and provide them with a solution. I founded You Take Control of It, a company dedicated to helping people build their personalized lifestyle change plan to Take Control of Their Health.
In addition to self-publishing my book, Take Control of Your Body Before It Takes Control of You, my mission to create a program for lifestyle behavior change led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am a Certified Level 2 Master Coach from Precision Nutrition. I also earned Specialty Designations as a Behavior Change Specialist from ACE and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I changed my lifestyle and I am winning the battle against obesity. I want you to start winning too! To keep my fight going, I will run a duathlon every year starting with the Cal Tri LA Duathlon in Playa Del Rey, California on October 19th, 2025.
