 Part 1 of The 432 Playbook program is a step-by-step approach to formulating a lifestyle behavior change plan customized to your personal life. 

After Part 1, you will have created your Personal Playbook for Lifestyle Change. This is more than just a guide - it is your roadmap and compass toward a healthier, stronger and more empowered you!

PART 2

Create Your Action Plan : You Will Take All The Groundwork You Laid in Part 1 and Craft Your Specific Action Plan 

In Part 2, you'll take all the groundwork you've laid in Part 1, such as Your Why, The Person You Want To Become, and begin crafting your specific, actionable plan. This plan will include your desired new habits, the micro goals to build those habits, and the practical steps that bring your lifestyle transformation to life.

The 3 in The 432 Playbook is for 3 MONTHS. This timeframe gives you time and patience to work through your plan. It is natural to want fast results, but true lasting change takes time, and giving yourself the space to grow, adapt, and develop new habits is one of the most valuable things you can do.

The 2 in The 432 Playbook is for 2 WEEKS. Trying to tackle too many objectives at once often leads to burnout, stress, and overwhelm. It is important to channel your efforts into small, manageable objectives. You will focus on a maximum of one or two of your micro goals to build your habits in one or more of the key categories for 2 WEEKS at a time.

Conquer Lifestyle Behavior Change: Change Your Habits - Change Your Life.

This step of your journey focuses on the power of habits as the core of lifestyle behavior change. Since nearly half of your daily behavior is habit-driven, you will learn what habits are, how they form, and the difference between physical and mental habits. The module will guide you in identifying your own habits, replacing harmful ones with positive ones, and using strategies to align your habits with your values and the person you want to become.

Habit Concepts are based on The Habit Revolution by Dr Gina Cleo.

Nourish to Flourish: Eat To Live A Healthy Life, Not For Weight Loss

This coaching session shifts the focus from dieting to truly caring for your body for long-term health. You’ll discover how food and your body work together, why nutrient-dense eating is essential as you age, and how the right carbs, proteins, and fats keep you strong, energized, and healthy. You’ll also learn the vital role of vitamins, minerals, and water in your body, and gain a clear understanding of metabolism—what it is, how it works, and how it supports your overall well-being.

COACHING SESSION #5

Build And Strengthen Your Mental Resolve

In this part of your journey, you learn how to build the mental resilience needed to take on your negative self-talk. This module will equip you with powerful strategies to replace self-shaming with self-empowerment, discover the power of positive thoughts, and practice simple yet transformative habits, such as Mel Robbins’ High Five Habit. You’ll also understand why quality sleep is vital for mental wellness and gain tools to handle setbacks with confidence. By mastering these skills, you’ll cultivate the mindset needed to overcome barriers and succeed on your lifestyle change journey.

More Than Weight Loss: The Life Changing Benefits of Movement

In coaching session #6, you will discover that exercise or moving your body doesn’t have to be grueling to be powerful—just a moderate level of intensity of moving your body packs a powerful health punch. You’ll learn to see movement as a life-changing tool for health far beyond weight loss, from protecting your heart and brain to boosting energy, building muscle at any age, and fighting the risks of a sedentary lifestyle. You’ll understand how consistent movement can transform your health, strength, and confidence as you age.

Personal Organization – Bring Order To Your Daily Life

 

In this phase of your journey, you will discover that organization is one of the most powerful—but often overlooked—tools for achieving lasting lifestyle change. By getting organized, you’ll increase productivity, reduce stress, and pay attention to the small details that make a big difference in your journey. You’ll learn why personal organization is critical in the fight against obesity and how to use practical tools, like a time journal, to find the time in your day you think you don't have, making your health goals achievable.

Three Months: Stay Patient, Keep Going, and Your Results Will Come.

In coaching session #8, you will learn the power of the three-month check-in—a milestone not for reaching your ultimate goal, but for a self-check-in to see how you are doing and feeling. You will remind yourself to stay patient, make any necessary adjustments, celebrate progress, stay positive, keep on track, and have loads of fun on your journey. You’ll discover how to use patience as a powerful tool in overcoming obstacles and how to adjust when results don’t meet expectations. Most importantly, you’ll see why celebrating every step forward—no matter how small—keeps you motivated, confident, and moving closer to the person you want to become.

Two weeks : Stay Focused - Keep Yourself From Becoming Overwhelmed

In this step of your journey, you’ll discover the power of focusing on micro goals just two weeks at a time. By breaking your journey into small, manageable steps, you’ll boost your confidence, avoid overwhelm, and create positive momentum toward lasting wellness. You’ll learn how to measure your progress, make adjustments every two weeks, and celebrate each milestone—proving to yourself just how much can be accomplished in a short amount of time.

I Am Jonathan And I Am Winning The Fight Against Obesity - You Can Too!

 

 

 

I am a lifestyle behavior change specialist for people who desire a new lifestyle to overcome obesity, but do not know what to do or where to start. I created The 432 Playbook, which is a step-by-step program for people to create their customized lifestyle behavior change plan to overcome obesity and never go back!

My battle with obesity began a few years after graduating from Stanford University and continued for years. In 2014, I watched my mother lose her life due to obesity. Ever since her mother’s death, I have dedicated my life to understanding why it is so hard for people to change their lifestyle behavior and provide them with a solution. I founded You Take Control of It, a company dedicated to helping people build their personalized lifestyle change plan to Take Control of Their Health.

In addition to self-publishing my book, Take Control of Your Body Before It Takes Control of You, my mission to create a program for lifestyle behavior change led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am a Certified Level 2 Master Coach from Precision Nutrition. I also earned Specialty Designations as a Behavior Change Specialist from ACE and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
